Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from the description
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Perishable items like helium-filled balloons

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Share your order details, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and a description of the issue.
  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  4. Return Shipment: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  5. Replacement/Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value (with the customer paying the difference). Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

For bulk/wholesale orders, partial exchanges may be considered based on the nature of the issue.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For bank transfers, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours with the evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
